The Durrës Court has remanded in custody the two people involved in the murder of Ermir Dedja a few days ago.
Klodian Berisha and Erion Ndoni are accused of helping the perpetrators execute the member of the “Avdylaj” group.
The court found the arrests of the two suspects carried out on June 3 by local police to be lawful.
" The court ruled:
1. Legal validation of the detention dated 03.06.2025 of persons under investigation EN and KB, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Smuggling of other goods", provided for by Article 174/2 of the Criminal Code.
2. The imposition of the personal security measure "Arrest in prison", provided for by Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against persons under investigation EN and KB
3. The Prosecution Office and the Judicial Police are ordered to implement this decision.
4. An appeal may be filed against this decision within 5 days at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, starting this deadline from the day after the communication of the reasoned decision ," the decision states.
Dedja was suspected of being a member of the Avdylaj organization in Shijak, and had previous criminal records. Three other people are also wanted for the crime. While Ndoni and Berisha are accused of bringing from abroad the cars that were used for the assassination and the transport of the perpetrators of the execution.
