New details have been revealed about the accident resulting in the death of a 7-year-old boy that occurred this morning in Mengë, Elbasan.

"He said he was going 10 km/h. He said; I'm going on a national road, I have my right, I was going 10 km/h," the resident of the area explained, adding that the road has become very dangerous in this neighborhood and that accidents have occurred before.
