Shkodra Police have revealed new details regarding the incident that occurred on Saturday evening in Shkodra, where two people fired shots at the car of 42-year-old Edison Tirana, whom they then raped.
According to authorities, in addition to the arrest of two people, a 34-year-old man has also been declared wanted, while a pistol and 4 vehicles have been seized. The arrested are Gjovalin Gjekaj and Pëllumb Gjekaj.

Malësi e Madhe/ A 42-year-old man was threatened with a firearm and hit with hard objects during a conflict over weak motives. Two brothers were arrested and a 34-year-old man was declared wanted.
A firearm, a pistol, and 4 vehicles were seized.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the Shkodër DVP services, supported by the "Eagle" Special Force services, immediately after receiving the notification that a citizen had been threatened with a firearm on the "Koplik - Shkodër" road axis, organized the work to capture the perpetrators and clarify the circumstances of the case.
As a result of quick actions, citizens Gj. Gj., 63 years old, and P. Gj., 51 years old, residents of the village of Bajzë, were caught red-handed and arrested.
Also, citizen K. Gj., 34 years old, resident of the village of Bajzë, was declared wanted.
Investigations suspect that these 3 citizens, during a conflict for weak motives, fired a gun at the back of the vehicle and after stopping near the roundabout at the entrance to the city of Koplik, they hit the vehicle with hard objects, causing injuries to citizen ET.
The procedural materials will be forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action.
