The repentant justice official, Erion Alibej, has recounted details about the Shkozet incident where former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja was assassinated.
During the hearing being held today at the Special Court, Alibej confessed to breaking up with Plarent Dervishaj.
Asked by the lawyer if he was disappointed by Dervishaj after he became an associate with Çopjat in Dubai, Alibej denied it. He said that this is unrelated, but that Plarenti had seriously offended him regarding the text message he brought to me through Redian Rraja.

Lawyer: Did Plarent Dervishaj mention to you that Arjan Ndoj had his case on his hands since he was a prosecutor?
Alibey: I don't remember, I'm not really sure. Even though I met him once, it doesn't mean he would tell me everything.
