Here are the court decisions...
The Special Court has sentenced the defendants in the "Metamorphosis" case to 38 years and 6 months in prison.
It is learned that the Criminal Court of Kosovo has sentenced Edmond Preka to 10 years in prison, while Behar Bajri has been sentenced to 13 years in prison.
But the defendants will receive a reduced sentence because the court accepted the summary judgment. Bajri will ultimately be sentenced to 8.8 years in prison. He is also accused of corruption against judges.
While Oltion Bistri has been found not guilty of money laundering and corruption charges. The verdict for Pëllumb Gjoka and Ardit Hasanbegaj will be handed down on December 2.

Oltion Bistri- Not guilty of corruption and money laundering charges, guilty of "disclosure of secret acts or data", sentenced to 2 years. Termination of the "prison arrest" measure and immediate release.
