In our post-1990 discourse, the word "dissidence" has been defined as opposition only to the communist regime. Understandably so. Confronting dictatorship constitutes the highest degree of dissent and sacrifice.
But dissent as such manifests itself even in a multi-party regime. Of course, not at the price it pays in a dictatorship.
Dissent reacts against the homogeneity of parties, which is something completely different from the necessary party discipline; against the absolute rule of the leader, which is something completely different from charisma. Against ignoring the rules by imposing bandit voluntarism, which is something completely different from authority.
Periodic outbreaks of dissent, in the sense of disagreement and rebellion within parties, have accompanied our political life throughout the years of democracy. The way the two main parties, the DP and the SP, have approached and treated them has determined their future.
When they drew their swords, they were weakened and diminished. When they treated diversity and criticism as values, they were strengthened and increased.
Edi Rama himself came to the head of the Socialist Party as a kind of "dissident" within it at the time when Fatos Nano was leading it. In Rama's case, the Socialist Party was the first to decide to produce a successor as different. Even as someone who had openly disagreed with the historical leader. Edi Rama has led the Socialist Party for more than two decades now, in his fourth term in power. Ditët e fundit shohim se Rama dhe Partia e tij janë thirrur në provën me serioze të reagimit dhe trajtimit të disidencës brenda radhëve nga dy deputetë të saj: Erjon Braçe dhe Elisa Spiropali, të pakordinuar me njëri-tjetrin siç dallohet qartë, gjë që e përforcon vërtetësinë e shqetësimeve që po ngrenë, ashtu siç ndodh me ekzaminimet me dy diagnoza të pavarura në mjekësi.
Në kushtet kur PS vazhdon të ketë një kandidate për kryetare për bashkinë e Tiranës, zonjën Ogerta Manastrliu, njoftimi i Braçes se do të kandidojë për kryetar bashkie në Tiranë është më shumë se një shpallje e zakonshme. Është një akt i pastër mospajtimi me emërimet e pilotuara që Rama i nxjerr nga mënga si një prestigjiator, duke i befasuar online ata që promovohen dhe ata që shkarkohen. Kështu vendoset raporti poshtërues me bashkëpunëtorët, por kjo është temë më vete.
Braçe e di shumë mirë mënyrën si zgjidhen kandidatët e PS-së për kryebashkiakë. Besoj i shkon mendja se edhe nuk do të mund të jetë. Shumë gjëra do të varen nga ujërat që do të rrjedhin gjatë vitit.
Në opinonin tim Braçja e ka kapur kandidimin si një levë për t’u dhënë zë deformimeve që kanë dekantuar në Partinë Socialiste. Ku shquan si maja e mullarit personalizimi i vendimmarrjeve kryetari. Tej masës që ia jep vetë statusi i liderit. PS në përceptimin e gjerë publik është sot një njeri, një zë. Rama. Nuk është çështja se është protagonist. Protagonist i takon të jetë. Problemi është se e ka tharë fushën rreth e rrotull tij. Deri sa dolën Braçe dhe Spiropali atje nuk pipëtinte miza. Akti i Braçes është një sfidë, një rebelim kundër gjendjes. Do të varet prej tij sa do të mbajë e deri ku do të shkojë.
Elisa Spiropali ka bërë pak prononcime me jehonë të madhe në mediat sociale dhe klasike. Statusi i saj i para dy ditëve, një model i lakonizmit dhe elegancës, është skaneri i gjendjes. Sipas meje e një kazerme politike, që nuk mund të vazhdojë të mbetet e tillë, përndryshe e pret shpërbërja. Ajo nuk përmend emra, emrat do t’u bënin hije mendimeve, sidomos kur sekush i mendon vetë.
Njoh shumë socialistë që mendojnë njëlloj si Erjoni dhe Elisa. Përpara tyre. Mendoj se pika e ujit që ka derdhur gotën është një ndryshim kursi i kryeministrit në raport me drejtësinë me rastin e marrjes në mbrojtje të Belina Ballukut në ekstremin e së mundshmes dhe akomodimit të fuqisë së saj në parti dhe qeveri.
