At a press conference in London after the Coalition of the Willing meeting, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that Vladimir Putin is running out of money, troops and ideas.
Stressing that Russia is making "marginal gains" in Ukraine, Rutte stressed that "thousands of Russians are dying because of Putin's aggression."
"President Trump said it very well. They should stop where they are now ," added the NATO Secretary General.
Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said during the meeting that maximum pressure should be put on Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"This is not the time for maximum pressure, because it is the only way to change Putin's mind, to bring him to the negotiating table and to stop the killings ," he said.
