Behind 16 cars and two wanted persons lies a devastation that the police chief is wreaking on Ergys Agas's network, long protected by the city's blue uniforms.

What was presented in the official police announcement as a routine crackdown on gambling in Kavaja is actually another stone thrown into the mosaic of a crackdown that Police Chief Skënder Hitaj is wreaking on structures linked to betting and their coordinator, Ergys Agas.

At first glance, the "Fate of Games" operation produced two wanted persons and 16 seized machines. But who is really hiding behind these premises? One of the premises was located only 200 meters as the crow flies from the Kavaja police station, a distance that makes it impossible for law enforcement structures to be unaware. And that is precisely where the truth of this activity lies: police officers were stationed in those premises. Officers and patrol chiefs regularly frequented them, turning the illegal activity into a protected practice that was visible to the entire city.

Behind these premises are not hidden the names of the two young men who are wanted. They were simply the next administrators, the tenants of the premises that bore the brunt of the investigation. The real owner of the activity is AM, a well-known character in Kavaja as the owner of a car wash at the entrance to the city and the exclusive distributor of a coffee company known for the city's blue uniforms. The latter is not an unknown name for the law enforcement structures. On the contrary, Kavaja police and officers are constantly at his car wash, while he himself is used to exerting pressure on the officers, even for a parking fine.

The truth of this activity is that entire management structures are involved there, in collaboration with the local chain of command. The vast majority of city officials have known for a long time who these premises really belonged to, but they kept quiet. They had not dared to provide information, because behind AM were strong connections with the structures of the agency that supervises the police. An agent of this agency, who covers Kavaja, is suspected of exerting constant pressure on the police, keeping their hands tied.

But this time, insiders confirm that the attack did not come from within the local system, but from a man who has sidelined this entire chain of command and has struck in the name of the state: Police Chief Skënder Hitaj. This operation is not simply a seizure of machines. It is a silent destruction being made of structures linked to betting and their coordinator, Ergys Agasin. /Pamphlet
