Oil specialists have been warning since 1994, but politicians have turned a blind eye: now SPAK wants to close the investigation with '3-4 people', while the SP-PD dome remains intact.
Over 30 million tons of crude oil have been extracted there for 20 years by this company, with a total value of around 20 billion Euros and not as much as SPAK estimates and how has it paid any financial obligations to the state. The company is under investigation for massive corruption, how is it still allowed to continue its activity and its assets, the well, are not seized, and passed to the state company Albpetrol? The dirty bargainers want the investigation to end with just that, with the land rents that the company received, and not with corruption or the theft of millions of tons of oil from the company for 21 years, or with money laundering, etc.
The investigations of the Fier prosecution regarding the corruption of Bankers in the Patos - Marinëz oil field have been a business between the justice system and the company under the leadership of the SP - DP political dome, and all the terms of the contract have been seriously violated and the state should not have allowed the situation to reach this point. We oil specialists have been asking the Mexican government since 1994 not to privatize the oil industry and to terminate the contract with the JV Albpetrol - Premier Oil company, no response, grave silence. Bankers has had many strange favors with the Council of Ministers or simply with verbal orders from Nano, after 8 years of Berisha's silence where Minister Genc Ruli removed VAT and from 2013 - Rama exempted him from all obligations, until today this resource has reached the final phase of exploitation and is being barbarically destroyed, leaving behind a considerable amount of oil reserves that are difficult to recover.

The Fier court has opened and closed the files as it wanted and they have done the bargain quite well. Now that the file has been transferred to SPAK, and the results of the investigation have been completed (as we heard from the media "Kazanët dhe Tenxheret"), the responsibility has remained with Leonidha Çobo, and here are 3-4 others, and all the bargains of Bankers were only dirty bargains with the land rents that the company received and not the staggering corruption with the theft of millions of tons of oil from the company for 21 years, and this group has laundered money for us, etc.

Bankersi ka nxjerrë mbi 1.5 milion ton naftë bruto/vit, por në disa vite edhe mbi 2 milion ton dhe na ka dal me humbje, i kam dëgjuar këto shifra nga intervistat e punonjësve të kompanisë. Atëherë pse ajo vazhdoi aktivitetin, po shteti pse e lejoi, po favoret mbi detyrimet financiare pse ja dhanë qeveritë Nano-Berisha-Rama, po gjobat pse ja falën Rama – Balluku - Denaj, po për ambientin që është kthyer në një katastrofë mjedisore kush mbanë përgjegjësi dhe pse kompania s’ka investuar asnjë lek, po për shkatërrimin e pronave private, a ka politikan të përfshirë në këto skema mafioze të sofistikuara korrupsioni, po qeveritar, k/ministra, zv - k/ministra, ministra, studio ligjore fiktive, kompani private fiktive, k/bashkiakë, gjyqtar, doganier, drejtues institucionesh, etj., etj., të përfshirë në korrupsion në këtë vendburim? SPAK - u duhet të sqaronte këto detaje, madje në një shkrimin tim, para ca ditësh kam sugjeruar që SPAK - u se ka të leht të bëjë këtë hetim se janë ndërthurur shumë faktorë, prandaj duhet medoemos të kërkoj kryerjen e një ekspertize teknike – ekonomike - juridike për të hetuar korrupsionin marramendës në këtë vendburim. Atje janë nxjerrë mbi 30 milion ton naftë bruto për 20 vite nga kjo kompani, me vlerë rreth 20 miliard Euro dhe jo aq sa e vlerëson SPAK-u.
Ana tjetër, kompania është në hetim për korrupsion, si i lejohet asaj akoma të vazhdoj aktivitetin, nuk i sekuestrohet pasuria, vendburimi, dhe t’i kaloj kompanisë shtetërore Albpetrol? Po ashtu pse lejohet kompania Bankers Petroleum të depozitoj paratë nga eksporti i naftës në bankat offshore jashtë shtetit, në kundërshim me marëveshjen hidrokarbure apo vazhdon akoma lojën se del me “humbje” për t’ju shmangur pagesave mbi detyrimet financiare që ka ndaj Shtetit Shqipëtar? Po nga hetimet e deritanishme, prokuria posaҫme, SPAK-u, i ka sekuestruar ndonjë llogari bankare Bankersit dhe personave që ka ngritur akuzë penale dhe sa është shuma? Këtu ka aq shumë probleme për të diskutuar dhe hetuar sa nuk mjaftojn 2 - 3 prokuror, por i gjithë SPAK - u duhej të merrej me hetimin në detaje të kësaj vjedhje dhe do t’ja vlente shumë se do të dilnin të gjitha horrëlliqet e kësaj klase politike në shesh, që kanë bërë në këtë vendburim dhe në të gjitha vendburimet e tjera të naftës/gazit, kromit, bakrit, etj.

Une me shume kam merak me cpimet ne det qe filluan ne fillim te viteve 1990. Behej fjale per ujqer te medhenj e jo palo chineze. Nuk u tha asnjeherecfare u be ku jane e ku iker e kur, se per te ardhur dihet qe erdhen te huajte e u nda bregdeti ne 3 zona.
