The 35th nationwide protest against Edi Rama's government was also accompanied by speeches from diaspora representatives. They declared that they will not withdraw from the protests, despite, according to them, attempts to scare and intimidate them.
One of them said that no pressure will prevent Albanians in the diaspora from supporting the protest.
"With the infiltrations they have made these days to intimidate us from being here, I tell them that patriotism is greater than fear. No effort will stop us," said the immigrant.
The protester also mentioned Arbër Lleshi, who is in prison after previous protests, emphasizing that the arrests will not affect the continuation of the protest.
"Arbër Lleshi is in prison today. No arrest divides us. We will be united and will not surrender until you leave. Today's motto is: 'Free the boys!'" he said.
