Readers of "Pamphlet" we invite you to follow the noon informative edition, where among other things we highlight:

Corruption, money laundering and asset concealment

When will the first trial session for Meta and Kryemadhi be held?

A date has been set for the start of the trial against former President Ilir Meta, former MP Monika Kryemadhi and three other defendants.

The Special Court has scheduled the first hearing for April 27, at 11:00 a.m.
According to SPAK, the defendants face charges of corruption, money laundering, and failure to declare assets.

During the preliminary hearing, they denied the charges, claiming that the investigation against them is politically motivated.

The panel of judges, composed of Etleva Deda, Atalanta Zeqiraj and Besmir Stroka, has set this date for the first hearing of the case against the former president.
During the preliminary hearing, they denied the charges and claimed that the investigation against them is political.

We recall that Meta is accused of three criminal offenses, which were communicated to him on August 4, 2025, regarding the CEZ/DIA file and lobbying in the US. He is accused of concealing assets, money laundering and corruption.

The former president has been in custody since October 2024, while Kryemadhi is under arrest.

What is Rama preparing for?

All MPs on 'campaign', messages revealed at group meeting

Edi Rama seems to have neglected the government and in recent months all attention has been focused on the party. There have been several extended group meetings, the National Assembly was held, the Presidency has met several times, while branch-by-branch meetings have also begun.

Even today, in the Presidency of the Assembly where the meeting of the socialist parliamentary group was held, there was a long discussion about the reorganization of the party. According to information from "Pamphlet", Edi Rama has asked all deputies to go out into the field and meet as many socialists as possible. They have also been asked to increase membership and listen to the concerns of citizens. So these are the same messages that Rama gave on the eve of the campaign.

The SP has currently begun a reorganization process, but local elections are a year away, while parliamentary elections were held last year. Why is Rama so focused on the party?

The movements come at a time when critical voices in the PS have begun to reactivate. It has long been said that there is a lot of dissatisfaction in the PS and Erion Braçe and Elisa Spiropali have started to speak. On the other hand, dissatisfaction at the grassroots level has increased significantly. There are many socialists dissatisfied, especially with employment, as Rama is putting people from the DP into work. Polls show an increase in dissatisfaction and there are suspicions that Rama is trying to keep the pink electorate behind him.

Edi Rama's aggressive paranoia

He suspects that Elisa has made a 'coup' with Albin Kurti

The mental metamorphosis of Edi Rama's authoritarianism is increasingly escalating towards reactive paranoia.

The latest case with his "Mom" shows precisely this irreversible deviation towards an extreme point.

As it is learned, in addition to the suspicion that his Foreign Minister had spoken badly about him in Western chancelleries, especially in Washington, he also saw as a phantom a conspiracy by Elisa Spiropali with Albin Kurti.

It seems that the reason for this was a visit to Pristina by the head of diplomacy, the day before her dismissal from the government.

A visit that Spiropali apparently had arranged quickly, with the intervention of the Kosovo ambassador in Tirana.

Edi Rama was immediately notified by his friend, the Albanian ambassador in Pristina, and lashed out at the foreign minister, accusing her of continuing to act behind his back, as she has done on other occasions.

Then came the dismissal, leading to the fatal clash, which is expressed whenever there is a political development within the Socialist Party.

On the other hand, it is learned that Edi Rama has ultimatum- fully requested Taulant Balla that the socialist group maintain a political stance following Spiropal's absence from the vote on SPAK's request against Belinda Balluku.

Voting, where Fatmir Xhafaj was also absent, who after that event was not noticed either in the group's meetings, or in the new electoral zone that the prime minister has assigned to him to patronize, unit number 5.

Aktor Group's partner in Bilisht works for Serbian oligarch

On March 18, 2026, Aktor Group, a Greek company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of 2.14 billion euros, announced to investors that it had signed a framework agreement with the BNI Foundation for the exploration, development and exploitation of mineral resources in Albania. The project, focused on nickel and cobalt deposits in Bilisht, promised investments of up to 1 billion euros. Aktor shares were traded that day as investors read the announcement and assessed its impact on the company's portfolio.

But "Aktor"'s announcement did not tell shareholders what Pamphlet has documented: that their 49% partner in the new venture, BNI Foundation, is not an American fund, has no verifiable identity, and that the company through which the agreement was signed, Brightnest sh.pk, has a capital of 1 euro and is owned by Mirsad Uruçi, the administrator of the Albanian branch of EFT Group, the company of Serbian oligarch Vuk Hamović, documented in OCCRP's Suisse Secrets file with three accounts in Credit Suisse.

Did Alexandros Exarchou, chairman of the board and CEO of "Aktor", know who he was signing with?

If so, why didn't you tell investors?

If not, what investigation did you do before announcing the market?
