Journalist Artan Hoxha has revealed details about how businessman Shtufi was captured by the authorities, saying that he himself sent the location to BKH agents.
The Thessaloniki Court has approved his detention for 40 days, pending documentation to be sent by SPAK.
" Shtufi was arrested in a hotel in Greece. What impresses me is that SPAK has been waiting for such elements to come to Albania and act. In this specific case, the vast majority have not been in Albania. The Koçeku brothers are in Dubai.

On Friday, BKH officers knocked on the door of the Shtufi family. They couldn't find him, they asked his wife where he was and she said he was out of the country. His camera phone rang, he answered it in the hotel lobby. He said he was supposed to come back on Wednesday but he'll be back on Monday. They said we have this decision. He told them he'll be back. The officers said, so we can record it in the report, can you give us your location? He takes it and in two hours they take it to the Greek police. He took it to the location himself. He was with another person. The other person had the girl's birthday.
The Greek police took the bodies to Thessaloniki. SPAK acted immediately, took the location and gave it to the Greeks. When he asked for a decision there, they said they would make a clarification with the Albanian authorities.
The moment they took him to the police station, the practice began, that the Albanian authorities are requesting and that he should be kept in isolation until the file arrives. Today, the Thessaloniki court approved the request for 40 days until the documents from SPAK arrive.
