In the Committee on Legal Initiatives, the opposition asked the head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, to reveal who the politicians who participated in the Aruba meeting are.
Braho declined to comment at length, saying it is an ongoing investigation, but guaranteed that any evidence administered during the investigation is being handled according to legal procedures. He dismissed allegations of inaction by the Special Prosecution Office, describing them as speculation, and stressed that in SPAK everyone is equal before the law.
"It is an issue under investigation, but it cannot happen in SPAK that there is evidence and it is left there dormant and not reacted to. I do not want to dwell on the specific issue, because it is under investigation, but what I guarantee you is that it cannot happen in SPAK that there is evidence in a file and it is left there dormant. What is being said is speculation. At the moment of closing the investigations, we can make transparency on certain details. For SPAK, everyone is equal before the law ," said Braho.
