Former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha, commenting on the election of Klodian Braho as head of SPAK, said that it was a difficult competition since all four candidates were at the same level.
According to him, Braho will keep in mind the old files, which include January 21. Karanxha said that Braho should be 'cool' when it comes to the hottest issue of justice, that of the murder of four protesters on the boulevard.
"He is a person who has completed the Magistrate's Court, and this is positive. We must bear in mind that all four candidates, from a formal point of view, met the criteria, including the professional and family filter. The competition was difficult and even for the KLP the choice was challenging, but a proper selection was made. Prosecutor Braho will review the old files; it is true that the file of January 21 is an old case. It is not normal for such files to remain unresolved, so the prosecution must complete them. I think that these files will be a priority, and for January 21 Braho is expected to be impartial and professionally cool ," Karanxha told 'Real Story'.
