Investigations reveal communications of an international criminal network that planned the transport from South America to Europe
In March 2021, Belgian authorities discovered over 1 ton of cocaine in the port of Antwerp, among sacks and pallets of corn.
The investigation showed that the smuggling of this large amount of drugs was organized by a criminal group linked to the former fugitive police officer Ljubo Milović and the accused Mileta Ojdanić. The fugitive Vukasin Vojinović and the arrested Aleksandar Mijajlović are also mentioned as part of this organization.
The group was mainly composed of Montenegrin citizens, but among them was an Albanian, identified as “Besimi.” His entry into the group even led to the expulsion of some of the organization's members.
This is revealed by the communication on Sky between the two protagonists, Ojdanić and Milović. Ojdanić explains to Milović that they both have 250 each in that shipment, and explains that he "brought" the Albanian Besim into the business with them, and that he expelled some of the existing "collaborators".
Both emphasize that they will leave some space for the rest of the team if the situation becomes too tight, and at one point Milovic writes that they should consider lowering the price:
According to documents from the Special State Prosecution Office (SDT), this group used various methods to smuggle cocaine from South America to Europe.
In early 2021, the drugs were shipped from South America to Belgium on the ship “CMA CGM JEAN GABRIEL”. The cocaine was hidden in a cargo of corn, packed in hundreds of blocks and placed in black polypropylene bags and brown packages wrapped in transparent plastic, placed on pallets to pass unnoticed during transport from Ecuador to Europe.
Communications on the encrypted Sky app show that members of the group followed the transport in detail. They exchanged photos of the inside of the container, determined which pallets should be removed first, sent the container number HLXU3501646, and explained the placement of goods inside it.
Through messages, they gave instructions to collaborators in the field, asking them to obtain additional seals and knives for cutting plastic in order to extract the cocaine.
However, Belgian authorities acted faster. On March 10, 2021, the Federal Service for Public Finances discovered 1,044.71 kilograms of cocaine in container number HLXU3501646 of the company “Hapag Lloyd”, which was transported on the aforementioned ship and had arrived in port two days earlier.

Në fillim të marsit, Ojdaniç informonte për mbërritjen e anijes dhe organizimin e transferimit të drogës drejt Holandës. Bashkëpunëtorët përshkruanin situatën në port si të tensionuar për shkak të arrestimeve, por vijonin përgatitjet për shkarkimin e ngarkesës.
Ata kërkonin fotografi të brendësisë së kontejnerit për të identifikuar saktë vendndodhjen e pakove. Ojdaniç dërgonte disa fotografi dhe udhëzime të detajuara, duke theksuar se duhej të nxirreshin fillimisht dy paleta dhe se duhej prerë plastika për të arritur te droga.
Sipas SDT-së, Miloviç dhe Ojdaniç akuzohen se që nga viti 2019 kanë organizuar në nivel ndërkombëtar kontrabandën e sasive të mëdha të kokainës.
Hetimet tregojnë se organizata ka vepruar në disa shtete, përfshirë Malin e Zi, Serbinë, Bosnje dhe Hercegovinën, Kroacinë, Ekuadorin, Holandën, Belgjikën, Gjermaninë dhe Turqinë, si dhe vende të tjera në Evropë dhe Amerikën e Jugut.
Prokurorët theksojnë se në këtë rrjet kanë qenë të përfshirë edhe persona të tjerë, përfshirë individë të akuzuar si pjesë e një karteli policor të drogës.
Komunikimet zbulojnë edhe ndarjen e sasisë së kokainës mes pjesëmarrësve. Për shembull, për një pjesëmarrës përmendet një pjesë prej 30 kilogramësh, ndërsa një tjetër kishte 22 kilogramë. Një listë e detajuar e ndarjeve dhe pagesave mbahej nga një anëtar i grupit që luante rolin e “llogaritarit”.
