The average age of those who cause accidents was 24-35 years old, now it is 34-45. This comes from self-confidence, but there are no masters in the car when it circulates on the road. As for the last case where two sisters lost their lives, the author of the fatal accident resulted in 0.51% alcohol (the allowed amount is up to 0.02%).
