The Council of Ministers, at its meeting today, decided to dismiss Kastriot Gurrë from the position of Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation. Ermal Shena has been appointed as the head of the State Agency for Expropriation in Gurrë's place.

DECISION ON THE RELEASE AND APPOINTMENT OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE STATE AGENCY FOR EXpropriation
In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and point 3, chapter III, of decision no. 395, dated 13.5.2020, of the Council of Ministers, “On the manner of organization and functioning of the State Agency for Expropriation”, upon the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
Mr. Kastriot Gurra, Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation, is relieved of this duty.
Mr. Ermal Shena is appointed Director General of the State Agency for Expropriation.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
