Lawyer Jordan Daci has commented on the decision of the Fier Court to release on bail former Democratic Party MP Ervin Salianji from prison.
Daci said the decision was justified from a legal and moral point of view. He added that Salianji will be remembered as a man who was unjustly imprisoned.
"Mr. Salianji will be remembered as the man who was unjustly imprisoned, but this is something that will ultimately be clarified by the judicial system," he declared.
Daci emphasized that early conditional release is based on complete criteria and there is no room for political interpretations on this issue.
"He has shown exemplary behavior and communicated in a civilized manner at all times. For me, this is clear evidence of citizenship and culture," the lawyer told "News 24."
