Journalist Roland Qafoku commented on expectations for Edi Rama's new government in its fourth term.
Qafoku said that Rama has worked with over 60 ministers, starting from the principle that no minister should stay in power for more than 5 years, with minor exceptions.
He indicated that there are people who have offered themselves to Rama to be part of the new government, while emphasizing that with the two appointments to the Vlora Mortgage and the deputy mayor of Tirana Municipality, Rama has given signals that he will expand his power.
" The ministers who have stayed in Rama's governments for over 5 years are Kumbaro, Manastirliu, Balluku. It seems like Rama will repeat what Nano did in 1997, give him power to create a state. Although two appointments do not show much as the head of the Vlora mortgage and the deputy mayor of Tirana, they are signals that he will expand his power. I have information that there are also those who have offered themselves to Rama; I can do this, so I am ready to put myself at your disposal ," Qafoku said on the Now show on Euronews Albania.
