" It was done in secret. For years it has been worked on by a group that civil society does not know. And by a group of people who may have experience from the past regime. This code that we have was produced by the Italian Code and must definitely be redone, but the question is why does it keep it secret and interfere in some points that have to do with current problems? You get into journalists and criminal offenses related to corruption. Why? This is an intervention in the Criminal Code in a mafia state to mitigate and smooth out the problems it has itself. This scares me. From 76 articles to 219 seems bloated to me ."
He adds that the new Criminal Code, "article by article, should be put under public scrutiny and reformulated."
