Analyst Fatos Lubonja has described the appointment of a woman to head the Interior Ministry as a facade by Rama to cover up what the police chiefs are doing with organized crime.
Lubonja said that Interior Minister Albana Koçiu will deal with the addresses, as police leaders have a different approach, to keep the regime alive.
" Albana Koçiu may have been established as a woman who has no connection to these people. But that doesn't mean she will have the power to decide over the police director."
He is best known as a puppet for a facade to cover up what police chiefs do with organized crime.
To avoid dealing with the state police, who have other jobs than keeping the regime alive, Albana will deal with the addresses. The most important job of the police is to pursue crime.
