The draw was made today in the Appeal of the Court of Appeals regarding the complaint of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, who opposes her suspension from office.
According to the draw, the panel consists of Judge Miliana Muça. Pending the setting of the hearing date, the parties have been notified of the registration of the appeal, while the Appeal will assess whether the first instance decisions were taken in accordance with the law or should be changed.
