Security expert Fatjon Softa said that our country has continued to have problems with property since the 1990s.
He stated that in Tirana and the south of the country, multiple owners often appear with papers, where there are over 2-3 owners in one property. Softa also said that this unresolved situation worsens until the conflict ends in serious events such as murder.
"I don't know if there is another country that hasn't yet solved the property problem since the '90s when the property was returned, these problems started and to this day they are not solved. Every time a construction project comes up, we get 2 owners of the land with regular papers.
"In Tirana and the southern area, multiple owners often appear with papers. The problems in the southern area continue, when there are more than 2-3 owners in a property, especially when they occur in families and escalate to serious incidents ," Softa told "Ora News".
