Lawyer Spartak Ngjela says that the new head of the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH), Joni Keta, was chosen by the Americans.
Ngjela said that SPAK is led by American expertise and this appointment was expected.
The lawyer hopes that American politics will not stop hitting corrupt politicians in Albania.
" We were sure of this, because SPAK is led by American expertise and we also have hope there. It is not corruption here in one sector, there has been and still is corruption in many sectors. But what has given me hope is that American politics does not stop hitting corrupt politicians.
I had heard it as a name, but the Americans chose it. American politics has taken it into their own hands, and the experts there are American, and we have hope because the high ranks of American politics are considering Albania. The American president has said that we will remove corruption from Albania. Corruption in Albania has no hope ," he said.
There was also a comment on the election of the new head of the Ombudsman, who is expected to be elected on Thursday.
" When the name of the president comes out, then he will give an opinion, we have to see who will be elected. We will need to know the name. Yes, the Ombudsman is the third figure of the Albanian state. He is the head of the prosecution, it is not a little. We are suffering from high state corruption in Albania ," he said on 'Studio Live'.
