Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the loss of a 15-ton cocaine shipment. Hoxha said during his speech that a 15-ton cocaine shipment was stolen in Albania. According to him, this shipment is estimated to have a sales value of around 200 million euros on the European market.
After the shipment went missing, Hoxha said that the cartel that started the drug trafficking immediately reacted by putting out a $30 million reward to find out where this shipment ended up and who is behind the robbery.
He added that the people who had guaranteed the reception of the drugs in Albania are very powerful groups. According to him, in order to settle accounts with the cartel and to show that they did not steal it, Albanian groups have handed over real estate inside and outside Albania as compensation.
"The cargo is very large and this is the second cargo after the 40-ton that was seized in Spain, and surprisingly, it's the same lines. And there was one of our very powerful elements of the criminal world that was involved in international cocaine trafficking.
