The Vlora Court has imposed the security measure "prison arrest" for two private security employees, Artur Grami and Gazmend Vathi, arrested after the events that occurred during the protest in the Zvërnec area.
According to preliminary investigations, Grami and Vathi are suspected of being involved in dragging a citizen during an organized protest against the project that is being opposed by residents and activists in this area.
Both appeared before the Vlora Court, which decided to accept the prosecution's request for the most severe security measure.
Earlier, the court had also imposed the measure of "prison arrest" on Geraldo Biba, an employee of the company "Major Security", who is accused of raping the protester during the same incident.
The event has caused public reactions, while investigations continue to fully clarify the circumstances and responsibilities of the persons involved in the incident recorded during the protest in Zvërnec.
