DASH reacts to 'Pamphlet', reveals details from Dumani's visit to

The US Department of State has exclusively revealed to Pamphlet details from the visit of SPAK leader Altin Dumani to Washington.

"Pamphlet" addressed the US Department of State two days ago, with a request for information regarding the meeting that SPAK leader, Altin Dumani, had with the senior official in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Brendan Hanrahan, at the State Department.

In the State Department's response to the "Pamphlet," it is stated that Duman's meeting with Hanrahan focused on cracking down on organized crime, drug trafficking, and illegal migration, three issues that the Trump administration is determined to push forward.

This means that with the "blessing" received from the US, we will soon have a crackdown on criminal groups in the country, by SPAK.

"The United States is working with Albania towards our shared goals of interdicting drug trafficking, organized crime, and irregular migration ," the State Department's response to the "Pamphlet" states.

We also asked the State Department whether US support for SPAK will continue, and the Americans' response seems likely to unsettle politicians in Tirana, who in recent months were certain that the Trump administration had abandoned the Special Prosecution Office.

The State Department said that Duman's meeting with senior officials in Washington also served to strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest. This is a clear message that SPAK will have the support of the United States, and that the work of the Special Prosecutor's Office will continue without hindrance or interference.

"Senior Department officials met with the Head of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), Dumani, to discuss areas of mutually beneficial cooperation ," the State Department's response to "Pamphlet" states./Pamphlet
