The US Department of Justice published details from the McGonigal dossier,

Journalist Basir Çollaku has commented on the details published by the US Department of Justice regarding the McGonigal dossier.

"What has changed the plans is the victory of President Trump. Because if things did not change in the US, if the Rama-Soros connection and all their gangs and clan had the same growing power, then the burning and silence would have been right there. But other changes came. The publication by the Department of Justice of 23 pages that were truly concentrated material of many events and many actions. Some of which were known, others have been added. So there are Russians, there are Chinese, there are corrupt Americans. There are not only corrupt people in Albania. And here in all these ramifications of this issue of this file that has increasing criminal charges, the country's prime minister comes out, Edi Rama comes out. He comes out with the Chinese, he comes out with the Russians, he comes out with Charles McGonigal. He comes out with sanctioned, unsanctioned, corrupt oligarchs. The prime minister is everywhere.

This publication has two other things I want to say. It shows the inaction of the special structure since the beginning of the file. So we remember here the statement of Mr. Dumani in January 2022 when he emphasized that the criminal proceedings for this matter have been registered. So in a few months 4 years will pass. And for 4 years none of the suspects, the accused mentioned, persons who should have been summoned at least with knowledge and then suspects, investigated and defendants. So an invitation to the Special Structure of Edi Rama cannot be missed.

This inaction also constitutes elements of a criminal offense. I do not know who the prosecutor is, because even the Special Structure has not had sufficient transparency on this issue that has been dealt with these investigations. Have they sent a letter of request. What should they expect? To wait for the Department of Justice to republish it, to return to this issue. To republish it. There are also references there to the file that is in Washington. To the file that is in New York. And both have materials that have not been released in full. I believe that the invitation made to Mr. Dumani to the State Department and the meetings that he has had there. Mr. Dumani did not go there for political issues, nor for tourism issues, nor for economic issues. The only reason that is found there is a kind of inventory, a kind of exchange of information about what has been done and what has not been done with this justice system where the Americans have invested. They are shareholders. They have paid the money. Their taxes have been stolen in Albania, let's say, because you have USAID issues and millions of other euros that have gone in unknown directions for us perhaps, but into the pockets of the corrupt for them. Now we come to the McGonigal issue where I think that the return of this issue and the obligation to investigate it in America where many political, media, and justice actors are demanding that that issue be investigated there. But McGonigal, but the Russians, yes the Chinese. Yes we had them here. Deripaska, the Chinese and the Russians were taking public tenders in Albania.

The prime minister of the country appears everywhere. And this prime minister who is everywhere in decision-making, in meetings, in granting access to the economy, in tenders, in oil in reconstruction. In the earthquake, they have some of them… Deripaska with friends. In the Chinese who are also information exchangers. The FBI gentleman brought them to Duçka, Duçka to the Chinese and then they to their work. There is also a core, let's say the espionage service to the detriment of the United States of America and National Security, as the former federal prosecutor emphasized in his statement in the American Senate earlier, that the corruption of an FBI official is a violation of national security…” - Çollaku expressed.
