Academic Artan Fuga was declared the best author at the 28th Book Fair, with the work "The Second Punishment of Eve".
Invited today to 'Goca dhe Gra', academic Artan Fuga stated that women in politics today have 'changed sex', not in the biological sense but in the psychological sense to adapt to a male-dominated government.
Fuga mentions that women are first forced to fight to protect themselves from humiliation and also, according to him, many of them accept compromises related to their exploitation in order to succeed in politics.
" I know one thing, there are many politicians who have changed sex, not in the biological sense but psychologically. For me there is a problem beyond female politicians, but what happens in women's careers, not only in Albania. In a male-dominated government, they pursue two things.
"One, they fight hard to protect themselves from humiliation to advance in their careers and suffer more than men, and second, some accept compromises related to their bodies ," said academic Artan Fuga.
