L'ex ministro degli Esteri Elisa Spiropali, attraverso un post sui social media, si è apertamente schierata contro quello che definisce il "modello di cattura dello Stato" messo in atto dal governo Rama e dal Partito Socialista.
Attraverso una lunga reazione su Facebook, Spiropali non risparmia accuse, descrivendo una realtà oscura all'interno dell'amministrazione e della politica, dove, a suo dire, le istituzioni non funzionano più secondo la legge, ma secondo ordini e interessi ristretti.
Con toni forti, parla di un sistema gradualmente costruito su "silenzi ragionati" e "piccole tolleranze", che oggi ha generato una macchina di pressione contro chiunque si discosti dalle linee guida.
Secondo lei, alcuni ministeri e agenzie statali non rispondono più alla legge, ma al "clan", mentre il potere decisionale è concentrato nelle mani di pochi individui. Spiropali si spinge persino oltre, avvertendo che questo modello non colpisce solo gli oppositori politici, ma anche le persone all'interno del sistema stesso.

Mi consigliano di stare zitto. Come si usa in questi casi: stai calmo, non fare rumore, ti attaccheranno, non puoi farlo.
Capisco questo "consiglio". È pratico. Persino saggio, in un senso ristretto, mediocre e meschino. Ma è proprio questo tipo di "saggezza" che ha creato il clima in cui ci troviamo oggi.
Il problema non è un individuo, un conflitto, un voto contrario in Assemblea o un malinteso all'interno del governo.
Il problema è un modello che si è instaurato gradualmente e che oggi funziona quasi senza ostacoli. Un modello in cui le istituzioni non sono più spazi decisionali, ma strumenti di pressione. Dove le decisioni non vengono prese congiuntamente, ma individualmente. Dove la legge viene interpretata in base alle necessità del momento, e non secondo un principio lungimirante.
Ho assistito da vicino a questa trasformazione. Non è qualcosa che avviene con una singola decisione. Avviene con piccole tolleranze, con silenzi ragionati, con interventi che inizialmente sembrano innocui e poi si trasformano in importanti, persino decisivi.

When state structures appointed, promoted and controlled by the same hand, now informal, preceded by portals paid for with dark money, begin to brutally attack even family members, in their work, then it is clearly understood that the limits have been crossed, and that it is no longer about politics.
I have nothing to hide. That's why these attacks don't scare me. On the contrary, they make me even clearer about what needs to be said and done.
I have rejected and I reject this model. This is the model that should not be part of the Socialist Party: The rejection of the reality where public institutions with a personal face are used as machetes to intimidate, and where maintaining influence does not require performance, but control. Where the honest part of the administration is forced to implement even illegal orders for the interests and pressures of violent and all-powerful superiors.
And in parallel with this, another internal deformation has been built. A living party is being replaced by a fossil structure where everything is filtered through occult appointments. “Directorocracy” has returned to its mode of operation. It has replaced politics with loyal administration.
This is not what the Socialist Party was built for. It is not even the model that has given legitimacy to its power over the years.
For this reason, this cannot be treated as a personal issue. It is not a clash with someone. It is a disagreement with a way of functioning that is becoming the norm.
I am not afraid of attacks. I have lived and live among the immortal Lasgushian lines;
"The dogs that scold me are dogs that do not bite me."
Not because I am untouchable, but because if I had been afraid, I would have chosen silence much earlier. Silence is always the easiest option in these situations.
The problem is that this model doesn't just produce injustice. It produces alienation. It alienates people from politics, from faith, from self, from country. It makes life difficult, not because of a lack of opportunities, but because of the control over them.
E se questa situazione dovesse continuare, non avremo più un dibattito politico su come viene governato il Paese, ma una grave, brutta e deturpante mancanza di responsabilità istituzionale.
Per me, non si tratta di una questione puramente personale. È un obbligo affermare che dobbiamo fare molte cose meglio. Non io, ma Time lo esige.
La divisione fondamentale che va chiarita non è tra persone, bensì tra settori statali funzionanti e strutture personali abusive.
Il Partito Socialista ha avuto e ha tuttora l'energia necessaria per apportare miglioramenti e trasformazioni a beneficio dell'Albania e degli albanesi.

Elisa ben hartime shume te bukura por edhe ti vete e di qe nje ushqyese e denje e sistemit ke qene edhe ti. Pra duhet te besh nje mea culpa para se te drejtosh gishtin kunder Rames. Ke qene mbeshtetese e flakte e tij derisa te erdhi rradha ty. Keshtu ndodhte edhe ne kohen e Enverit. Njerzit iknin nje nga nje pa u ndier. Sepse asnje nuk kundershtonte kur duhej por vetem kur prekej vete. Rrugetim te mbare!

Ka ndodhur kur kontributi, meritokracia dhe vlerat morale u zv. me Mjaftin, u zv me lepe peqe, me imoralitetin me korrupsionin, me vjedhjen, me heshtjen, me bindjen perpara Skenderbeut te Rilindjes. Ka ndodhur kur ju heshtnit dhe sarkazonit perpara kontribuesve te PS-se si Koçi, Malaj dhe sidomos orakullit Ben Blushi. Perfidizmi i Ed Rames eshte shume me i rrezikshem se, arkaizmi tribal i bajges Berisha. Ju e ngritet bustin e Rames ne piedestalin bajgor te Sali Berishes.
