One of Albania's biggest absences in the September squad was midfielder Ylber Ramadani. A virus and a recurrence of a lung infection meant the midfielder was left out of the squad by coach Silvinjo for the matches against Gibraltar and Latvia.

Fortunately, the midfielder is reported to have returned to training with the team these days and today was a historic day for him and his Lecce teammates.
