The regional police thanked the citizens for their cooperation in clarifying the facts and persons involved in the stabbing of Munir Nasraui, the father of Lamin Jamal, which happened early Wednesday evening in Mataró. There are already four arrested.
The regional police force expressed its gratitude to the population through a statement posted on social networks: " Thanks to the cooperation of the citizens and together with the Mataro Police, in less than two hours we arrested 3 suspects yesterday and this morning a 4th involved in the stabbing last night in the Rocafonda neighborhood of Mataró" .

The stabbing happened around 21:00 in the Rocafonda neighborhood of Mataró (Barcelona), where Lamin Jamal's father lives. At 11:00 p.m., three people were arrested for their suspected involvement, who were joined this morning, at 11:00 a.m., by a fourth person arrested.
" Due to the description received from people at the scene, local police officers were able to link the fight to another that took place yesterday at 3.30pm on Frank Marshall Street, so it would not be an incident that could be it was the result of a previous fight ", the local police of Mataró reported in another statement this Thursday.
Agents of the security forces of the city of Barcelona began to investigate, locate and identify the persons involved in this initial fight and, subsequently, the Police proceeded with the arrest of the suspects involved.
