The coach of the Netherlands, Ronald Koeman, has decided not to wait for June 7 to publish the final list of his team for "EURO 2024". Today, the technician made official the 26 names he will have available for the activity, from the 30 he had on the preliminary list.
Goalkeeper Olij, the injured Timber and De Run were expected by everyone. But what has surprised is that the fourth name was that of Ian Matsen. The footballer, on loan from Chelsea to Borussia Dortmund, has done quite well this season and has been a protagonist in the progress towards the final of the Champions League which is played this weekend. Therefore, the coach's decision has been described by many as meaningless.

Defenders : Ake, Blind, Van Dijk, Dumfris, Frimpong, Gertruida, De Ligt, Verman, Van de Ven, De Vraj.
