Another scandal in Turkish football and the protagonist is once again Jose Mourinho.
The president and entire board of directors of the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee have resigned after the publication of several private messages in which they harshly attacked the Fenerbahçe coach.
The Portuguese is undoubtedly difficult to accept by the Commission's leaders, who attack him in conversations with phrases such as "he has been tolerated for too long" and "we will make him pay for this next season."
Fenerbahçe asked the Turkish Football Federation for clarification:
" Our club has submitted an official request to the Turkish Football Federation in response to the correspondence made public today, which allegedly belongs to members of the Professional Football Disciplinary Council. We believe that this hostile mentality, which clearly violates the principle of impartiality and is based on confrontation and revenge, has no place in Turkish sport ."
In February, Mourinho was given a four-match suspension for language used towards the fourth official and a fine of 10,000 euros.
