The Albanian national team held its final training session today at the "Air Albania" stadium, ahead of the friendly match against Luxembourg. The match will be played tomorrow, June 6, starting at 20:00.
Coach Rolando Maran will be without striker Anis Mehmeti, who will be absent due to a flu-like condition. On the other hand, the Italian coach has received positive news with the return of Myrto Uzun, who has fully recovered and is ready to make his contribution.
Mehmet's absence is considered important for the Rossoneri, as he is currently the most valuable player on the national team's market. According to the specialized platform "Transfermarkt", his value reaches 15 million euros.
For Maran, the challenge against Luxembourg represents an opportunity to record his first victory as Albania's coach. The match comes after the Rossoneri's minimal loss to Israel, in a match where the Albanian team failed to avoid defeat.
