Lewis Hamilton is the new winner of the Belgian Grand Prix after George Russell's disqualification. This is the 105th victory in the career of the 7-time World Champion. In the Technical Delegate's report it is stated that: 2.8 liters of fuel were removed from the car that weighed 798 kg at the beginning of the race. Under these conditions, Mercedes has broken the article "TR Article 6.5.2". Weighed at the end of the race, the car was 796.5 kg in the presence of the leaders of the German team.
The result of 1.5 kg below the minimum weight breaking the article "TR Article 4.1" was referred to the race stewards. As a result, they decided to disqualify Russell and announce Lewis Hamilton, winner of the "Belgian Grand Prix".
