Swimmer Kaltra Meça placed fourth in heat 1 of the 200m freestyle, but could not qualify for the next round.

After the end of all the competitions, out of the 30 contestants, the 16-year-old athlete was ranked 27th, unable to continue any further. In this discipline, the 16 swimmers who set the best time moved on.

On Tuesday (July 30) it will be the turn of 18-year-old swimmer Grisi Koxhaku to compete in the Olympic Games.
