Today, the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFSH) has made decisions for the final week of football. These decisions have been made from clubs in the Superiore, First Category, and youth football.
For improper behavior of the fans, Bylis, Iliria and Apolonia were fined 50 thousand new lek each. While the coach of the latter was suspended for two matches. Luftëtari was also fined by the fans, with a full 100 thousand new lek.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-FK Bylis, for improper behavior of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
2-AF The fighter, for repeated misconduct of spectators, by throwing objects on the playing field, based on articles 17/2/b and 33 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. In application of article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
3-KF Iliria, for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. In application of article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
4-FK Apolonia, for the misconduct of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. In accordance with Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5-FK Apolonia official, Marko Jovanovic, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
6-KF Shkumbini official, Marsel Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
7-FK Partizani B player, Oresti Rifa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
8-FC Dinamo City U-19 player, Skënder Meta, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
9-FC Pepa U-15, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeated failure to take measures to implement the rules of the game, causing delays, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
10-FC Pepa U-15 official, Lorenc Pasha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
11-FC Pepa U-15 player, Luis Bicja, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
12-FK Tomori U-19 player, Amarildo Kanani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
13-The player of the Rinia EL U-19, Driand Dushku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
14-Antigonea 9×9, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities by causing acts of violence and abandoning a valid match of the Sunday League Championship, against Barrikada 9×9, based on articles 16/1 and 17/2/h of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with a score of 3-0. According to article 76/1/f of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 10%.
15-FC Pepa U-13, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in the valid match of the National Elite U-14 Championship against KF Pogradeci U-13, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
16-Astiri D U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-11 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Djekom U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
17-Astiri D U-11 official, Endri Kembaci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
18-Selaci Junior U-15 official, Sokol Selaci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
