Bernard Berisha has ended his eight-year adventure in Russian football, where he made a name for himself with his play and goals in the ranks of Akhmat Grozny. The Kosovar midfielder, who excelled at Skënderbeu before starting his adventure in Russia, is now reportedly close to returning "home".
According to "Tëvë1" in Kosovo, the 33-year-old is now close to returning to the Kosovo championship, from which he left in 2012 to try the Albanian championship where he initially played with the Besa e Kavajës jersey.
Berisha is reported to have reached an agreement with the Balkan club to join the team led by a name he knows well, Orges Shehi, with whom he was a teammate during his successful years in the ranks of Skënderbeg.
