The Municipality of Shkodra has announced significant financial support for the Vllaznia football club if it is declared the champion of Albania this season of the Superiore. Mayor Benet Beci announced that he has proposed a bonus of 150 million old lek (15 million new lek) for the red and blue team.
The statement was published through a post on social media, just a few hours before the important match against Partizan, a match that is considered crucial for the season's objectives.
According to Beci, this amount aims to serve as a concrete incentive for the team and as a reflection of the city's support for its representative team. He emphasized that expectations in Shkodra are high and that regaining the championship title remains a long-standing aspiration.
In his post, the mayor said:
" I have proposed a special bonus of 15 million new lek for Vllaznia in the event of being declared champion, as a concrete support to make the dream that the entire city awaits a reality. The red-blue emotions return today and the eyes of all of Shkodra are on our boys.
Today Vllaznia faces Partizan in another very important final in these crucial weeks of the championship. A match that is worth a lot and that unites us all in support of our city's team.
Strength guys! All of Shkodra is with you !"
We recall that the reward from the Albanian Football Association for the champion of Albania is 100 million old lek, while in Shkodra they seem to be ready to open the bag to turn the champion title trophy into a real celebration.
