Bekim Balaj is the winner of the "Golden Ball" for 2025, thus being declared the best footballer of the year in Albania.

At the ceremony being held tonight at the 'National Theatre of Opera and Ballet', the Shkodran striker triumphed over 'rivals' such as Baton Zabërgja (former Dinamo City striker), Mario Dajsinani (Egnatia goalkeeper) and Dejvi Bregu (Dinamo City midfielder).

This is the second "Golden Ball" in the career of the Vllaznia striker. President Armand Duka presented the Shkodran boy with the most important trophy of the evening, congratulating him on a fantastic season in the ranks of Vllaznia.
