Lawyer Spartak Ngjela was invited to the next episode of the FLET podcast with Ilnisa Agolli, where the sensational statement he made, where he stated that women experience pleasure even during rape, was brought to his attention.
At the time of questioning, the lawyer denied that he had expressed himself in that manner, only to later confirm in other words the same opinion as before.
"Rape means only will." If she doesn't have the will, yes, and you rape her, there comes a certain moment when she can even feel pleasure. But when he finishes, he runs away and denounces you," he said.
This opinion was reinforced in the end by the lawyer, saying that; "pleasure is instinct, not logic. Will is morality".
