A serious incident occurred today in Malisheva, where three people lost their lives as a result of a fire that engulfed an apartment.
According to preliminary information, it is reported that the fire is suspected to have been caused by the explosion of a gas cylinder, resulting in the death of two children and their father.
The news was confirmed to the media by the Director of the Police for the Gjakova Region, Lumni Graishta, who announced that the victims are two children aged 9 and 12, as well as their 35-year-old father.
"I can confirm that we have three dead. Two children aged 9 and 12 and the 35-year-old father," Graishta said.
Police authorities are at the scene and investigations are continuing to fully clarify the circumstances of this tragedy.
