The "Xhaçka" scheme that caused a revolt in the Socialist Party
Olta Xhaçka and Edi Rama /

Why did Olta Xhaçka win and who are the others that Rama is protecting from SPAK through the new Parliament...

In an interview before the May 11 elections, Edi Rama, when asked why he had said that SPAK members could not answer his phone, responded calmly.

That's not the case, said the Prime Minister, explaining in detail that this is not a simple task. Because, he said, if there is a request to investigate the phone, the prosecutor will have to come to Parliament to ask for permission.

It was strange to watch a Prime Minister, acting like a scoundrel, or some legal expert appearing on political television shows, and showing the steps that SPAK must take to thoroughly investigate a citizen - MP, minister or prime minister.

That interview with Edi Rama was actually the essence of the first step of what is considered the majority's resistance to SPAK, which was seen in the case of Erion Veliaj's arrest.

Which, the babloku, seemed to have openly sold, but he made it known to Altin Dumani and the SPAK prosecutor, who stays away from my phone. All of this was a coded message that was very quickly seen in the May 11 elections, as well as in other movements.

On the second day of vote counting, when it was noticed that the SP's victory was so deep that it had reached the threshold of the majority required to change constitutional laws, a fever of names of the most voted deputies erupted.

The first, the most voted, was Blendi Gonxhe, who had received votes not only in the Kombinat area, but in all units of the Tirana district, where he had distributed all his old staff from the company's patents and car approval, and the arrival of the controllers.

Then, Sara Mile in Elbasan, for which Sali Berisha himself accused her of being helped by Suel Çela's group. The "permanent" Orlando, Qife's son, would not be missing, and then Erion Braçe and Fatmir Xhafaj.

The fight to the finish of fellow villager Xhemal from Surreli, with whom Babloku took a selfie from "our village" as a sign of support, but which the "professional-patronageists" saw more as 'take it slow because the meat was taken', and suddenly, on the second day, another name emerged.

That many people hadn't thought of it, not just in the media, since no one cares anymore, but not even in the SP cells.

Olta Xhaçka, who seemed destined to be burned on the lists for MPs, managed to get the votes to come out on top. And according to the latest calculations, she succeeded.

But how did the most accused character, against whom there is also a case under investigation by SPAK, manage to do it? And months ago, without batting an eyelash, he said that we have put up walls at the resort to keep them from coming from the mountains.

Did it come about as a result of her empathetic power in the SP?

In unit 2, where she ran for MP, there were at least 2 candidates with more experience in that territory and stronger connections. There was her relative, Arben Pëllumbi, or rather cousin, as well as Florian Pullazi, who belongs to a well-known family in the area, who secured votes even when he was with the PDS of Milos 20 years ago, while he has been a considerable force for the SP in every election.

Or did Artan Gaçi, her husband, help her, who in the 2021 elections 'made a mess' of Astir and Kashari, getting the worst result in history?

The facts speak differently: All the SP structures that depended on Tirana's political leader, Ogerta Manastirliu, lobbied for Xhaçka.

Who is also the Minister of Education, who has automatically put all of her gigantic structures into operation, through teachers, managers, educators, and even support staff.

Ogerta herself has never had any friendship or relationship with Olta, so the hypothesis of an order from above naturally comes. All this strong support was ordered by Edi Rama.

It was precisely his orientation that in most cases brought about the victory of the deputies on the open list.

Xhaçka's orientation seems to have exactly the same logic as what he said in the attack on SPAK: Enough with my neighborhood!

Lali Erin gave it to them willingly, even letting them do whatever they wanted with it, even lynching it, helped by Babloku who dismantled the entire Veliaj clan in the Tirana Municipality and party, putting his personal side in it.

The goal is clear; to prevent SPAK from eavesdropping, checking the apartments or premises of MP Xhaçka, unless the Parliament grants this permission.

According to the Constitution, the deputy is such until the verification of the mandates of the new Parliament, which begins in September. In short, SPAK will not be able to carry out any preliminary action without permission, as it did with Ilir Meta and Erion Veliaj, who, being neither deputies nor ministers, did not require a permit for arrest.

And Xhaçka is not the only one of the SP MPs who has complaints to SPAK or suspicions of abuse./ Pamphlet
