Former Democratic MP Ervin Salianji has revealed details of how he spent his days in prison, while he was behind bars for more than 9 months.
Salianji says that for security reasons he had a separate cell. He adds that he has not had a problem with the people he had personally denounced and who were serving their sentences in the same prison.
"Due to my function as an MP, I had a separate cell. I have denounced some of the isolated persons. I have not had problems with anyone. There are many people who came to tell me their story. They would see the MP in prison and tell their story of why they were in prison for plastering without a permit, or 2 grams of hashish. They are mainly poor people, but also those accused of serious crimes," Salianji said on A2.
