Berisha described this session as one of the most unprecedented and shameful events in the country's parliamentary history.

He asked Parliament Speaker Peleshi to reschedule the September 18 session, otherwise the Constitutional Court will reschedule it.
"You could never do this to your country because an irresponsible handful who are afraid and ashamed of themselves seek to pass without transparency, without a vote and without anything. You set the blackest record in the history of the Albanian parliament, in the history of Europe and the world and of every regime. So return the session not to be returned by the Constitutional Court, but to be returned by the parliament and developments to take place. Let those who are afraid of themselves run away and escape. This is not our responsibility. It is theirs", said Berisha.
The opposition bloc is demanding the renewal of the plenary session to present the government's program, a program that was approved in the previous session directly after the chaos that the opposition created in the hall. Prime Minister Edi Rama is absent from the hall.
Gazment Bardhi and Fidel Kreka are not in this session after they were expelled for 10 days as punishment for the chaos they caused in the session where the new government cabinet was voted on.
