The government reviews the budget, Rama increases funds after the 'earthquake' from the protests...
Edi Rama has launched an attack to stop the discontent among citizens. Thousands of citizens have been protesting against the arrogance of this government for a month, and this has worried Babloku.
In addition to the attack strategy, intimidating and lynching certain protest figures, Rama has put ministers in motion to please the traditional socialist voters: pensioners and the administration.
A few days ago, the government decided to index pensions by 2.7 percent. Although it is a ridiculous amount, the move was interpreted as a pension increase, at a time when protests are boiling in the country. There were also soft loans for the administration.
But this is not the only move, as today Rama has increased the dose of reaction. The government has today approved a budget revision, adding 20.1 billion lek to planned revenues and expenditures.
One of the main changes is the acceleration of pension indexation. Instead of the increase coming into effect on October 1, pensions will be indexed from July 1, 2026. A fund of 872 million lek has been made available for this, which covers the financial effect of the indexation by 2.7%. But not only that, pensioners will also benefit from a summer bonus of 5 thousand lek, which will start being distributed from tomorrow. So, it is clear that it is a manipulative scheme.
The budget review also foresees the doubling of the payment for children with disabilities, which will benefit over 10 thousand children. 750 million lek has been allocated for this measure, while another 674 million lek will be used to pay social security contributions for caregivers of people with disabilities.
The health sector benefits from an additional 4.5 billion lek. The financial package includes 1.5 billion lek for the supply of oncology drugs, 150 million lek for increasing the salaries of emergency medical personnel, as well as 700 million lek for new hospital and laboratory equipment and the development of digital healthcare infrastructure.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education benefits from an additional 750 million lek to finance basic education, free textbooks, and investments in schools and universities, while the Ministry of Interior receives an additional 664 million lek for the State Police, Civil Registry, and other services.
Additional support is also foreseen for business and agriculture. The sovereign guarantee increases from 3 to 5 billion lek and will be expanded beyond the agricultural sector.
It seems clear that Rama wants to intervene in all sectors, in the hope that the revolt will be extinguished. But those who are there know that this scheme does not work. Much of this money is known to be stolen and that is why citizens are protesting. / Pamphlet

Mos komentoni pa dije lojrat e ndyra te Rames. Ja loja e tij me e fundit: Ishte paralajmeruar se indeksimi pensioneve do ishte 4%. Kjo diktohej edhe nga fakti se inflacioni kishte kapetcyer 3%. Por naten Rama u kujtua per lojen e rradhes. Urdheroi ne telefon qe indeksimi te zbriste ne 2.7% dhe 1.3% te jepej ne forme bonusi. Cfare djallezije fshihej ketu? 1. Tallej edhe njehere me pensionistet, duke pretenduar se po u jepte bonus 5 mije leke dhe se keshtu mund te amortizoje urrejtje e tyre qe nuk e di ne kete situate kur i kerkohet doreheqja. 2. Ne kete menyre , shpenzoheshin edhe me pak leke per pensionet, sepse ne se indeksoheshin me 4 % sasia e perfituar per cdo pensionit do te ishte pjese e pensionit te tij edhe ne vitet e ardheshme, ndersa dhenia ne forme bonusi e atij 1.3% , jepet vetem nje here e me pas shuhet nga llogaria per pensionet, pra nuk eshte pjese e pensionit. 3. Kete element do ta perdori per propogande sa te mundi ne muajt ne vazhdim, se paska bere sevap e ka dhene bonus vere pensionisteve!?!???? Pra e hoqi nga indeksimi dhe e konvertoi ne bonus per propogande dhe djallezi mashtrimi! Ky eshte Edi Rama, qe gjithe kohen ne qeverisje, ua ka me hile e pabesi pensionisteve. Por edhe tenton ti talli.
Une jam pensioniste e ftoj te gjithe fakiret ne pension te mos e marin shtesen e dhene nga halli.Ne ka njeri ne Shqiperi qe nuk i çmon njerzit ne pension eshte vetem ai...qe sot na jep lemoshe.
Jo Maria, edhe shtesën tja merni, edhe bonusin tja merni dhe prapë në protestë sa ta rrëzojmë këtë qën të zgjebosur. Në fund të fundit lekët i keni dhënë në formë taksash, dhe ky legeni gjoja po u jep bonus apo indeksim, po gjithmonë me lekët tona.
