The Democratic Party does not share Irena Gjoka, the GJKKO judge who ordered security measures against former Prime Minister and Democratic leader, Sali Berisha, and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, in connection with the file that has already gone to trial known as the 'Partizani' affair.
And while Gjoka is attacked by Berisha every time she appears at SPAK in compliance with the security measure 'obligation to appear', it was recently announced that an additional criminal report will be filed against her at the Special Prosecution Office.
This criminal report, new in the series of criminal reports filed with SPAK by the DP, will be filed on Monday, September 22, and concerns what the Democrats consider to be 'forgery committed during the vetting process'.
The complaint on behalf of the DP will bear the signature of Adriana Kala, who holds the position of Chairwoman of the Appeal and Statute Evaluation Committee of the Democratic Party.
"I will appear at SPAK, where I will file an additional criminal report, against Irena with many surnames, regarding the forgery she committed during the vetting process and which "coincidentally" was not caught by the commissioners appointed there by Rama and his cronies."
Also, I would like to inform you that this report and this letter will be forwarded to the US Embassy accredited in Albania as well as to the US Senate and Congress.
"Until the end for the restoration of the rule of law," Kalaja announces.
Irena Gjoka has been at the center of accusations from the DP led by Sali Berisha since she signed the security measures of 'house arrest' for the former Prime Minister and prison for his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi. At the time, Irena Gjoka held the position of chairwoman of the GJKKO.
