The leader of Albania Becomes, Adriatik Lapaj, has made serious accusations of manipulation in the vote counting in the May 11 elections.
After receiving video footage from several boxes, he states that there are blatant discrepancies between the actual votes and those declared in the minutes.
According to him, the small differences in mandates in the Fier and Vlora regions make an immediate recount necessary.

We just received the footage, as it was only made available to us yesterday (ZAZ 59 in Fier has not yet been given to us), and we started watching the footage. It turns out that there are significant discrepancies between the actual votes in the ballot boxes and the minutes approved by the CEAZs.
Given the fact that our mandates in these 2 districts were taken by the SP by a narrow margin, there is room for a recount.
For every box where it turns out that the vote has been tampered with, we will take every person responsible to the prosecutor's office.
The request for a recount will be submitted to the CEC today. We may not have those mandates, but even if only one vote was affected, they will be prosecuted.
Examples of manipulation in minutes:
ZAZ 55, VNC 55/3, box 2831/00 – problem; 4 votes were added to the SP and two votes were removed from Nisma SHB;
ZAZ 60, VNC 60/3, box 3017 – two invalid votes were passed as valid to the SP;
ZAZ 60, VNC 60/3, box 2997/00 – two votes for the DP and four votes for the SP were added;
ZAZ 56, VNV 56/5, box 288/01 – two votes were added for the SP and one vote was removed from the Homeland Movement;
ZAZ 56, VNV 56/3, box 2866/01 – one vote was removed from Nisma SHB and 3 were added to the invalid votes;
