The United States of America has caused concern for Edi Rama. Almost two weeks after the May 11 elections, the US embassy has reacted today, a reaction that leaves room for many interpretations.
The embassy, through a very short message, congratulates the Albanian people on the elections, and not the one who won, namely Prime Minister Edi Rama.
" We congratulate the people of Albania on the parliamentary elections and look forward to continuing our close partnership with Albania ," the embassy said.
